Tsaghkadzor (Armenian: Ծաղկաձոր, also romanized as Tsakhkadzor), is a health resort and urban municipal society, as well as one of the most popular health resorts in Armenia, which lies north of the capital Yerevan in the Kotayk Province. According to the census of 2011, the city has a population of 1256, a decrease from 3350 reported in the 1989 Census. Tsaghkadzor is accessible through H-5 Road from the south, as well as H-28 Road from the west. H-29 road linking the city of Gegharkunik and northeastern Armenia, through the town of Hrazdan. Public transport to Tsaghkadzor is available from Hrazdan city and leaves from Micro District hour until 19:30. Many private cabins are also available on request. Regular price from Hrazdan to Tsaghkadzor is AMD 1000 (about 2 dollars).
